Growth Marketing Manager

PowerToFly, the fasting growing platform for enterprises to find women in tech, sales, marketing and across digital, is looking for a unique individual who can combine marketing and sales skills to grow our Remote Job Board.

The goal is simple, but the job is a challenge because we’re asking you to grow a new line of business by reaching a minimum of $150,000 in ARR for remote job postings. This means you’ll have to bring in new companies, while ensuring your existing customer base does not churn.

You’ll get there by meeting a monthly goal of job postings that reach our database of over 1 million women. The remote job board on PowerToFly is different from our enterprise client offerings. The position reports to our CTO because the Remote Job Board is a self-serve product on our platform for SMB and mid market clients. All enterprise sales report to our CRO.

How We’ll Measure Success in This Role:

  • Develop a daily plan to meet your MRR and yearly goal of $150K MRR that focuses on new business AND retention of existing clients
  • Pivot as needed: your plan will change the more you learn about your target clients
  • Identify scalable online and offline organic sources for ROI positive acquisition channels; own the strategy and execution for those channels
  • Plan, develop, and manage email marketing strategies around customer acquisition and retention
  • Invent new marketing campaigns
  • Work with an analytics to track, optimize, and report out on campaign results, including insights that illustrate how key performance metrics are tracking
  • Own and map the user journey from awareness to advocacy helping to illuminate not only the marketing opportunities, but the customer support, retention, and product improvements we can be making.

Your experience:

  • At least 5+ years professional experience, ideally related to multiple aspects of the role
  • Proof that you have built and delivered on previous revenue plans
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous background in B2B or B2C marketing, preferably with exposure to small and medium sized businesses
  • Comfort in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, start-up environment
  • Working knowledge of Pardot, ExactTarget, Marketo, or SendGrid
  • Experience managing ad campaigns on Facebook and Google (AdSense or AdWords)
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects at once
