Whether it's distributing Zendesk Chat to an e-commerce platform, Zendesk Support to a marketing suite, productivity or collaboration software or cloud-based contact center software, there are a wide range of possibilities.
Technology Alliances works across marketing, sales and product to drive growth. An ideal candidate will have a strong marketing background and ability to work with a cross-functional team, while leading go-to-market strategy and execution on strategic Zendesk integrations.
From making sure the Zendesk brand and correct collateral is present to building joint marketing programs and ensuring lead generation and user acquisition, this role will cover a wide range of exciting opportunities to grow the business.
Own lead generation and drive adoption goals for Zendesk integrations with strategic partners.
Get to know strategic partner ecosystem and design growth experiments to increase top of funnel opportunities
Drive launch strategies, product packaging and conduct sales & partner enablement of the integrations to highlight the better-together story
Define and edit the messaging and positioning of Zendesk platform with partner marketing initiatives
Evangelize and promote Zendesk products with and through partner venues
Ensure brand consistency for the Zendesk product family when it's represented in other marketplaces (Wordpress, Microsoft, Google, Shopify, Magento etc. as examples)
Ruthlessly measure results, constantly looking to optimize Zendesk's performance in the partner channels
5 years experience in marketing and/or business development
Exceptional communication and presentation skills; comfortable presenting to a range of management and stakeholders.
Able to tell a visual story with graphs and data.
Passionate about what you do and have experience in go-to-market and driving growth.
Love playing with data to identify hidden opportunities and learnings
Comprehensive knowledge of a SaaS sales and marketing funnelUnderstand the huge growth potential this role represents for Zendesk.
Highly-motivated, self-starter who takes initiatives and defines what Zendesk should do to with regards to promoting partners and working with distribution channels.

Previous experience as a product marketing manager or a program marketing manager.
Strong understanding of SaaS business models.
Comfort writing SQLExperience with CRM and Marketing automation solutions

A bias towards action and the ability to work well in a fast-paced and constantly changing startup environment.
