Cat Owens is an experienced business leader, successfully working with both private and public sector for over two decades to manage and reduce risk through technological advancement and partnership. Throughout her career she has led cross-functional teams who specialize in working with the best and brightest minds across industry to drive innovation and deliver excellence.
In her current role as an Account Executive, Cat partners with the largest Fortune 500 Aerospace and Defense contractors in the World to transform their digital footprint through AI. Her work centers around delivering impactful outcomes that secure digital assets and infrastructure, promote data democracy and build new revenue streams that transform cost centers into profit centers.
Cat oversees all areas of business development, project management, contracting and strategic partnerships. Fueled by her passion for innovation and community, Cat is dedicated to empowering and promoting the next generation of technology leaders and enthusiasts.
Emi Beredugo is a highly experienced Talent Acquisition leader with over 18 years of expertise in managing complex recruitment projects and programs. She has successfully led Talent Acquisition teams across diverse regions, including the UK, Middle East, and Africa.
In her current role as Senior Manager of Recruiting Enablement at Elastic, Emi leads a team dedicated to empowering the Recruiting organization to achieve operational excellence. Her work centers on driving efficiency, enhancing the recruitment experience, and promoting inclusive hiring practices.
Emi oversees several key pillars of recruitment transformation, including tools and systems, data and analytics, recruitment marketing, learning and development, and onboarding for the Recruiting division. With a strategic focus and a passion for innovation, Emi is committed to supporting Elastic's Recruiting team in delivering impactful, high-quality hiring solutions.
