Vanessa Youngs
Vanessa Youngs is a Vice President of Global Inclusion at Moody’s where she develops and communicates the diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy across the organization and is the contact for strategic partners supporting, women, black heritage, neurodiverse employees, and veterans.
Vanessa joined Moody’s in 2012 as a member of the Public Finance Group Surveillance Team and most recently, she served as a Vice President-Strategic Planner for the Office of the Moody’s Ratings President, building and executing strategic priorities across business lines and geographies.
Previously, Vanessa was a White House Intern for the National Economic Council focusing on the role of women and African Americans in the economy. Before that, she worked for the New York City Mayor’s Office of Management and Budget as a senior revenue analyst.
Vanessa received her Master of Science in Urban Policy and Management from the New School University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology, Economics and Business from Lafayette College.
Vanessa also is on the Board of Mercersburg Academy in Mercersburg, PA, and is on the Executive Board of Northeast Women in Public Finance. She is the virtual host and Trustee of Grace Baptist Church in Mount Vernon, NY.

Dr. Alexandria White (She/Her)
Dr. Alexandria White is the Senior Vice President for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at ReBoot Accel. She has 16 years of experience delivering training around diversity, leadership, and inclusive communities. Dr. White consults with organizations on ways to create more diverse and inclusive workplaces. She founded S.A.M.S. (Student Affairs MomS), the largest online community for mothers who work in the student affairs profession. Dr. White's professional career has involved retail banking, leadership, community activism, diversity planning, and higher education. She holds a BA from Indiana University, an MA from Ball State University, and an EdD from the University of Mississippi. Dr. White is adjunct faculty in the School of Education at the University of Mississippi.
In addition, Dr. White has been featured on numerous podcasts such as Working Capital Review, Diversity Like Me, The Inner Circle, and The Confidence Factor, to discuss various topics. Her love for podcasting has evolved to her co-hosting a podcast, called Call In, where she provides advice to business leaders on how to navigate cancel culture. She has also been featured on Power To Fly, MixR, and the Global Mentor Network.
Dr. White has one daughter and enjoys extreme activities such as skydiving, parasailing, and ziplining. She is originally from Chicago, Illinois but currently resides in Oxford, MS.
