Marianna Di Regolo (she/her) is the co-founder and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of Hey Famm, a private, growing social network for LGBTQIA+ professionals and business owners supporting one another. With over 15 years of marketing experience, Marianna has a proven track record of helping mission-driven companies grow online through creative marketing strategies. Before co-founding Hey Famm, Marianna worked with entrepreneurs, small business owners, and tech companies, driving their growth online with a focus on social impact and LGBTQIA+ led organizations. Outside of work, you can find Marianna traveling, gardening, or cooking with her spouse and kiddo.
Cat Perez
Cat Perez is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Hey Famm, a private, growing social network for LGBTQIA+ professionals and business owners supporting one another. A queer Korican (Korean / Puerto Rican) tech entrepreneur with deep experience in product and design, Cat has spent her career building technology with social impact at its core. Before co-founding Hey Famm, Cat won a Salesforce $1M Hackathon, led a social impact technology startup to $65M ARR, and shared their thought leadership on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging on panels such as Google's Tech Inclusion, Kapor Capital Summits, Comcast Venture Events, and more. Born and raised in Newark, NJ, Cat now resides in Sacramento, where you can find them baking, taking photos, drawing, and spending time with their wife, toddler, and two dogs.
