Bridget FinkeldeyColette joined EnerSys in 2018 as part of the Alpha Technologies acquisition. Colette served in positions of increasing responsibility at Alpha Technologies since joining the company in 2008 and was promoted in April 2022 to Vice President Energy Systems Customer Fulfillment & Field Services – Canada & USA. Colette holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Washington State University and bachelor’s degree from Western Washington University. Colette was a member of the inaugural EnerSys Leadership Development Program in 2019 and currently serves as the Executive Sponsor for Enersys’ Women in Leadership BRG.
