In 2021 alone, nearly 50 million Americans quit or changed careers and 74% of workers said they are ready to learn new skills to remain employable. For this conversation, we are joined by Colette Murray, VP Customer & Field Services, US & Canada at EnerSys to discuss her own big career move and what helped her become the first female vice president of field services at Enersys.

Colette served in positions of increasing responsibility at Alpha Technologies since joining the company in 2008 and was promoted in April 2022 to Vice President Energy Systems Customer Fulfillment & Field Services – Canada & USA. Colette holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Washington State University and bachelor’s degree from Western Washington University. Colette was a member of the inaugural EnerSys Leadership Development Program in 2019 and currently serves as the Executive Sponsor for Enersys’ Women in Leadership BRG.
