The Diversity of Latinidad

The intersectionality of Latino cultures and how professionals experience having one foot in two separate worlds – their native countries and the US. Our panel will discuss topics such as navigating when your authenticity is called into question, leveraging your culture to help you advance professionally, colorism, and how to embrace being from both worlds.

Jennifer Boicic (She/Her)

Bridget Finkeldey

Jennifer Boicic is a highly accomplished professional, currently serving as the Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) at ServiceNow. With boundless enthusiasm, she actively promotes DEI initiatives and drives the progress of 9 employee belonging groups (EBGs) throughout the organization. Jennifer's extensive experience spans over 16 years, during which she has excelled in various roles such as sales engineering, management, and partnerships. Remarkably, she pursued her MBA from UCLA while working full-time, showcasing her dedication and commitment to personal growth. As a trailblazer in her family, being the first to pursue higher education, and as a Latina working in the tech industry, Jennifer's passion for diversity and inclusion runs deep. She is wholeheartedly invested in opening doors for the next generation of talented individuals. Notably, she spearheaded the establishment of the first-ever Latinx EBG at ServiceNow. In addition to her responsibilities at ServiceNow, Jennifer actively contributes to various leadership nonprofit boards, devising strategies for diversity recruitment and is a graduate of HITEC’s Emerging Executive Program. During her leisure time, Jennifer indulges in her love for globetrotting, exploring different cultures, and embracing her own Peruvian heritage.

Daniela Narimatsu (She/Her)

Bridget Finkeldey

Daniela was born and raised in São Paulo, Brazil, and currently lives in New York, NY and works at ServiceNow as a Senior Solutions Consultant for the Risk and ESG solutions, covering LATAM while also supporting the Unidos at ServiceNow EBG as the Operations Lead. Daniela relocated to the U.S. to pursue her undergraduate degree at the University of Notre Dame, where she studied IT Management and Political Science. Throughout her career, Daniela recognizes the benefit Latino and Hispanic groups and mentors had in her assimilation in a new culture and has held leadership roles in such groups for the past 5 years. In her free time, Daniela enjoys running, scuba diving, cooking, and spending time with family.

Jeffrey Vique

Bridget Finkeldey

Born and raised in the Washington, D.C. Metro area with Colombian roots as a first generation American; Jeff is a Customer Success Manager at ServiceNow working with Financial Services customers to ensure they are successfully utilizing the platform while also being responsible as the Marketing and Communications Lead for Unidos at ServiceNow, one of many Employee Belonging Groups at ServiceNow. Jeff obtained an undergraduate degree from George Mason University in Criminology and an MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, two daughters, English Bulldog and black cat; however, he is also on the Board of Directors for the Latino Economic Development Center, a regional non-profit that serves communities with the skills and financial tools to thrive, a delegate for the Minority Student Achievement Advisory Committee for Loudoun County Public Schools, advocating for minority students to the school board on a variety of topics and issues, and a member of the Pan American Symphony Orchestra of Washington, D.C., a culturally immersive experience that bridges the gap of Latino representation in the arts in the Washington, D.C. area.

Claudia Perez Pellicer (She/Her)

Claudia is a Partner in PwC’s Deals Transformation practice. With over a decade of Deals and emerging technology consulting experience, she specializes in M&A integration and sell-side divestiture management, covering the full deals life-cycle from deal concept, targeting and due-diligence, through post-close operating model optimization. Claudia has run numerous global integration and separation programs for Financial Services clients across: Banking, Insurance, Payments, PE and Real Estate sectors. She specializes in leading complex, cross-functional sell-side processes, identifying and realizing deal value. Claudia takes a highly analytical approach to helping clients enhance shareholder value through M&A. Claudia co-taught a course at NYU titled “Finance for Social Entrepreneurship”, focusing on aligning revenue models with mission, and streamlining operations at global non-profit organizations. She also co-taught a course titled “Making Social Entrepreneurship Happen”, designed to help aspiring social entrepreneurs launch new ventures, manage their careers and maximize their impact. Claudia holds an Honors B.A. in International Relations from New York University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude, was inducted to the Phi Beta Kappa society and received the President’s Service Award. Claudia also holds a Master of Public Administration from NYU, focusing on Public and Nonprofit Management and Policy, with coursework spanning NYU Wagner and the Stern School of Business.

Director, Global Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand

Jessica Cruz is the Director, Global Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand at Relativity. She leads the team responsible for attracting and recruiting top diverse talent into Relativity world-wide. Prior to this role she was the Manager of Early Careers team at Relativity, responsible for hiring entry-level talent throughout the company into internships and full-time positions. Before coming to Relativity in 2017, Jessica worked in Talent Acquisition at United Airlines for 9 years where she supported recruitment across the organization and helped to build out an undergraduate recruitment strategy and intern program to support building a strong bench of talent throughout the business. Jessica received a BS in Management from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
