In this session, Michelle will share her career journey and why she chose to call Freddie Mac “home” for more than two decades and provide her advice on how women and other underrepresented minorities can launch or further their careers in financial services.
Bridget FinkeldeyI’m a connector. Throughout my career, I’ve connected people with the community, with one another, and with a company’s mission. In my current role, I lead a top-notch team of “connectors” who identify and build community engagement experiences that brings people closer together while making a real sustainable difference in the communities we serve—all in service to a company’s mission. Additionally, I bring people together in agile teams to create efficient and effective governance frameworks that enable the business to meet our inclusion and diversity goals.
