RECORDING: Creating A Neurodiverse-Friendly Workplace

Amplifying Black Excellence

A seemingly benign joke by a neurotypical coworker can be experienced as an ableist microaggression by a neurodiverse person. This is why it’s important for companies to understand what neurodiversity is, how to create safety for their neurodiverse employees, and have robust policies for disclosure and accommodations. Join Sydney Elaine Butler, Founder and Accessibility and Neurodiversity Consultant at Accessible Creates, to learn how to create a neurodiverse-friendly workplace.
