RECORDING: Supporting Victims Of Gender-Based Violence In The Workplace

Healthcare, Wellness & Mental Health

You’ve heard that the personal is political, but have you considered that the personal is also professional? The UN estimates that gender-based violence is experienced by 1 in 3 women worldwide, and that experience affects our places of work. In this session, Indrani Goradia will lead a delicate discussion about the impacts and burdens of gender-based violence, and what colleagues and organizations can do to help. Indrani Goradia is the Founder of Raft Cares, a nonprofit foundation dedicated to improving the level of care for domestic violence survivors.
