Rebecca Wallace (She/Her)

As Senior Director of Customer Success and Support at Workiva, Rebecca's focus to ensure customers achieve business outcomes using the Workiva platform. She leads Customer Success, Product Success and Support teams for Workiva in Europe, creating best in class experience and satisfaction for Workiva customers. Rebecca brings over 15 years experience in customer facing roles, across Support, Customer Success and Account Management. Prior to Workiva, Rebecca held various Customer Success positions for Worldpay, in the eCommerce payments space. She received her first-class honors Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Sheffield Hallam University. Rebecca is originally from the United Kingdom but has been living in the Netherlands for the past 10 years. She enjoys skiing, live music and traveling.

Marie Yue (She/Her)

Marie is currently a Senior Engineering Manager at Workiva, she embodies a unique blend of technical expertise and leadership finesse. Prior to Workiva, her background was rooted in data engineering and analytics. Over the years, she’s navigated the intricacies of solving complex technical problems, gradually ascending into leadership roles. Her commitment to a customer-centric approach guides the development of software solutions in Workiva’s GRC (governance, risk, & compliance) product. Her leadership style is marked by inclusivity, empowering team members to thrive and contribute their best. Marie values communication and collaboration, ensuring effective interaction with cross-functional teams to align engineering efforts with broader business goals. Today, she continues to shape the future of her teams with a blend of technical expertise and a commitment to fostering a collaborative and diverse work environment. Marie is based out of Colorado, where she lives in Northwest Denver with her husband, three kids, and two guinea pigs.

Mari Acosta (She/Her)

Mari has been at Workiva for over two years, managing solution engineering teams for commercial and public sector spaces. She brings a decade of experience prior to Workiva with a background in public accounting and financial reporting management. Her experience includes SEC reporting, private financial reporting, internal management reporting, investor reporting, equity compliance, mergers and business combinations, acquisitions and dispositions, treasury, systems integrations and auditing. She received her Accounting degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. She has expertise implementing and utilizing the Workiva platform and has a passion for helping others gain efficiencies and decrease risk in their reporting processes so they can spend more time with their loved ones!
