Lisette Arocha is a senior manager and accessibility leader at PwC. She leads the Accessibility Center of Excellence within Commercial Tech and Innovation and the in-house tools and processes that help teams design, code, test and ship accessible experiences. Her work spans cross-functional alignment with engineering, design, QA and product, as well as advising clients, member firms and global strategy. A Certified Professional in Web Accessibility (CPWA), Lisette brings technical depth and systems thinking to embed accessibility and inclusion at PwC, so technology serves everyone, by design.
