One more thing before you go...
When the pandemic put many traditional childcare options on hold, parents (and employers) realized just how much they rely on an often overtaxed childcare system. We sit down with Yi-Hsian Godfrey, CEO and Co-Founder of The Apiari, a curated platform that offers busy families and businesses a highly curated match to vetted and experienced in-home care providers, to discuss the lessons that the pandemic taught us about childcare and why businesses see $3 billion in lost revenues per year due to childcare related absenteeism (and what we can do about it). We will also talk to Yi-Hsian about her journey as an Asian-American founder.

She is on a mission to revamp the care ecosystem for the next generation of parents and caregivers.
About Diversity Reboot Summit
Whether it’s the model minority myth, the “bamboo ceiling”, or inaccurate media representation, Asian professionals within Asia and in the diaspora continue to thrive in the face of unjust factors that work against them.
At this summit, we highlight the stories of our AAPI, Asian, and Pacific Islander communities, learn from their resilience, wisdom, and excellence across industries, and clarify how they can be better supported.
Previous speakers at this summit include Congresswoman Judy Chu, NBC/MSNBC News anchor Richard Lui, comedian Michael Yo, content creator Asia Jackson, and many more!
Join us on the last day of the summit for a virtual job fair, with leading companies who are walking the walk when it comes to DEIB.
