DESCRIPTION
As the Diversity Recruiting Program Manager, you will lead and execute multiple cross-functional projects that aim to enhance the Talent Acquisition team’s diversity and inclusion efforts. You will work closely with key business stakeholders to deliver impactful and compliant solutions. Core initiatives will include:
- Adverse Impact Analysis : Partner with the global analytics team to assess the impact of our hiring practices on different groups and recommend actions to mitigate any adverse effects.
- Diversity Initiatives Management : Drive continuous improvement and innovation in our diversity sourcing strategies, based on data insights and best practices.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to implement and refine diversity initiatives, ensuring alignment with our business goals and values.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Project Leadership: Lead multiple cross-functional projects from inception to completion. Facilitate project planning sessions with internal stakeholders to determine scope and objectives, establish performance goals, design project plans, develop timelines, identify milestones, and track performance.
- Business Outcomes: In large programs, work with business and functional leaders to define and achieve tangible, measurable business outcomes.
- Issue and Risk Management: Identify, track, and resolve project issues. Manage project risk using quality tools to identify areas of risk and develop alternatives or solutions.
- Communication: Monitor and communicate project status to the team, Project Sponsor, and other stakeholders. Ensure complete project documentation and share team learnings.
- Budget and Resource Management: Plan and monitor project budget, conduct research and analysis, provide input into project plans and timelines, and manage resources effectively.
- Continuous Improvement: Leverage cross-functional resources and experiences to enhance project success. Apply motivational techniques to broad-based organizational change issues.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
- College, university, or equivalent degree required.
Experience:
- Significant level of relevant work experience, including team leadership experience, required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- This is a hybrid role with some travel to Cummins HQ in Columbus, IN required (Monthly & Quarterly)
