ABOUT YOUR ROLE 职位描述

Responsible for coordinating with sales and customers to launch new programs or items for production in any of the IBMD global manufacturing units.
协调全球产地新产品之开发工作，按客户需求完成样办，协助提供生产所需的资讯。

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE 工作职责:

-. Coordinate complete and consistent information flow for new item/program and global product changes from sales force/customer/global coordinator to process owners (business units, production, pre-press, formatting, programming)
- Ensure timely delivery of quotation and proofs to sales and/or customers
- Coordinate efficient flow of product information to manufacturing units
- Collect global prices; calculate pricing for RBIS Asia and other regions as required. Perform global margin analysis when needed by management. Take on global responsibilities as tools are developed.
- Coordinate timely and consistent availability of samples/proofs/formats/data integrity tests/ink draw downs for manufacturing units.
- Leading the team to support all their daily development & problem solving.
- Support other issue assigned by supervisor.
- 将来自销售/客户的新产品或产品变更的完整信息提供给相关处理部门(客服/生产/排版/程序)
- 及时提供报价及样品给销售/客户
- 提供有效的产品信息给生产部门
- 核算全球产品价格; 提供价格分析
- 及时提供完整的资料给生产单位,当中包括样办、稿图、规格、测试结果和色办等
- 协助教授GPD Officer的日常工作及解决问题
- 上司安排的其他工作

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU 职位要求:

-English level is Grade 6, 4 years or above of any professional experience.
- Experience in merchandising and/or product development coordination such as handle sampling, vendor liaison and quotation will be an advantage
- Experience in printing & design and apparel/footwear merchandising will be an advantage
- Detail-oriented, can work under pressure and handle multiple tasks at the same time
- Good analytical skills and ability to determine the best production methods in line with desired price points
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and conversational English, Cantonese and Mandarin
－4年或以上工作经验，英语6级或以上;
－有跟单、产品开发、处理样办、联系供应商或报价等有关工作经验优先考虑;
－如有印刷、设计、成衣或鞋类工作经验为佳;
－思绪慎密、能面对工作压力、同时应付多重工作;
－有分析能力、懂挑选合适之生产方式;
－优异的人际沟通能力;
－流利普通话、粤语、英文和书写中英文;

EDUCATION 学历和专业:
- Junior college or above, which degree holder in any discipline,大专以上学历

- Set up item in system within 24 hrs;
- Reply email within 24 hrs;

- 24小时内完成产品系统创建；
- 24小时内回复邮件；
- 达到公司年度质量投诉目标
