Work you'll do/Responsibilities

• Complete Epic support for the client to include incident support, service requests, optimizations, projects, SU and Upgrades, and maintenance work.
• Epic support role for the OpTime and Anesthesia applications, to include on-call support on a weekly rotating basis.

Qualifications

Required

• Certified in Epic OpTime
• Experienced or certified in Epic Anesthesia
• Strong experience in Epic support, optimizations, and project work
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred

• Knowledgeable and experienced in other Epic modules, such as Radiant.
• Microsoft Office and Google Suites experience
• Experienced in ServiceNow
• Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities
• Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
• Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
• Excellent Written and Communication Skills
• Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
