Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain macOS architecture to support business needs and ensure seamless integration with existing systems
• Implement changes for macOS device management, ensuring compliance with security policies and best practices
• Expert in managing and querying MySQL Jamf databases to support macOS data needs and services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver scalable, reliable solutions
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Level 1 & 2 support team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to macOS, JAMF, and MySQL
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our macOS infrastructure remains innovative and competitive
• Provide Tier 3 level MacOS Support
• Using MacOS/Unix scripting and coding to devel custom solutions or automation

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in macOS architecture and administration
• Experience creating MacOS Imaging & Upgrade Workflows with Jamf Pro
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or AppleScript
• Extensive experience with JAMF Pro and Apple Business Manager, including deployment, configuration, and management
• Solid proficiency in MySQL, including database design, optimization, and maintenance
• Proven excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proven solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proven track record of leading projects and delivering high-quality results on time

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing an environment with more than 15k endpoints
• Experience with Entra joined devices in an enterprise environment
• MacOS Security Technologies / MacOS Hardening
• Familiarity with other database systems and cloud platforms
