The Opportunity

As part of the Software and Product Innovation - Quality Engineering team you are responsible for leading the testing and quality assurance efforts for large-scale software projects, focusing on delivering exceptional systems to customers. As a Senior Manager, you are expected to utilize your knowledge to innovate processes, drive results, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to achieve project success. You are tasked with guiding teams through complex testing methodologies, integrating business applications, and contributing to thought leadership on testing tools and practices, while fostering diverse and inclusive teams.

Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee testing and quality assurance for large-scale software initiatives

- Innovate and refine testing processes to achieve exceptional results

- Maintain operational excellence while engaging with clients at a senior level

- Guide teams through intricate testing methodologies and business application integration

- Contribute to thought leadership on testing tools and industry practices

- Develop and nurture top-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams

- Utilize knowledge to drive project success and client satisfaction

- Foster an environment of continuous improvement and learning

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- At least 6 years of progressive roles managing IT quality assurance and control within software/systems development processes

- Bachelor's degree or in lieu of a degree, for each year of college not completed, demonstrate three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology, in addition to the minimum years of experience required for the role.

The salary range for this position is: $91,000 - $321,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
