Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET Core (C#) and React
• Architect solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure services for cloud-native development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions
• Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security
• Work closely with data engineers/analysts to design effective database schemas (SQL/NoSQL), implement data pipelines, and enable actionable analytics
• Integrate best practices for code quality including code reviews, automated testing (unit/integration), CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps
• Use GitHub along with Copilot to accelerate development cycles while maintaining code quality standards
• Explore and integrate Generative AI technologies where appropriate to enhance product capabilities
• Mentor junior developers by providing technical guidance and fostering knowledge sharing within the team
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing enterprise-grade web applications using .NET stack (C#, ASP.NET Core) and modern JavaScript frameworks (preferably React)
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines; comfortable using GitHub for source control & collaboration. Hands-on use of GitHub Copilot is an advantage 
• Solid experience with Microsoft Azure services such as App Services, Functions, Storage Accounts, Azure SQL/NoSQL Databases
• Solid understanding of database design principles; proficient in SQL Server or other RDBMS. Exposure to analytics/data warehousing is a plus
• Familiarity or keen interest in Generative AI concepts/tools (e.g., OpenAI APIs)
• Proven track record optimizing application performance at scale (profiling tools/APM/caching strategies)
• Proven excellent problem-solving skills; ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions efficiently
• Proven solid communication skills; able to work collaboratively in an Agile environment
