About the team

The Agent Marketing team at Zillow drives all marketing activities for our Agent- and Partner-facing audiences. We transform product, program, and brand strategies into compelling narratives that empower our sales and service teams to support partners with confidence. Our work spans content development, visual storytelling, product education, communications, and sales enablement, making us a key connector between creative vision and business impact.

About the role

As a Program Manager, you will own the operational backbone of our Mexico-based production model—managing workflows, timelines, approvals, and routing to ensure every creative output moves smoothly from intake to delivery. You will maintain and optimize the DAM/HUB to keep assets versioned, tagged, organized, and accessible, enabling our creative teams to focus on high-quality storytelling and design. Your work ensures cross-functional alignment, production precision, and the smooth activation of Zillow’s narratives across channels.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

In addition to a competitive base salary and benefits, this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location.

Who you are

  • A proactive, highly organized program manager who enables creative excellence through operational rigor.

  • A strong communicator skilled at translating complex needs into structured workflows and action plans.

  • Calm, solutions-oriented, and effective at managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Comfortable creating clarity in ambiguous environments and improving processes as the team scales.

  • Detail-oriented with exceptional follow-through and an eye for operational precision.

  • Experienced in program, project, or creative operations within design, marketing, or product environments.

  • Proficient with workflow and asset management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma, DAM/HUB systems).

  • Here at Zillow, we value the experience and perspective of candidates with non-traditional backgrounds. We encourage you to apply if you have transferable skills or related experiences.

You will get to:

  • Lead the management of creative workflows, timelines, approvals, and production pipelines across design, motion, digital, and multimedia outputs.

  • Translate requirements into structured briefs, schedules, resourcing plans, and routing paths.

  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of creative work, from intake and scoping to delivery and retrospectives.

  • Implement workflow systems that increase clarity, reduce bottlenecks, and support scalable production.

  • Maintain accurate status tracking, identify risks, and proactively remove blockers.

  • Govern the DAM/HUB to ensure assets are organized, tagged, versioned, and ready for use.

  • Facilitate clear communication between designers, producers, cross-functional stakeholders, and Studio Z.

  • Analyze performance data to recommend workflow improvements and optimize creative operations.
