We're looking for a strategic, creative-minded marketer with a passion for sports to support the activation of Deloitte's women's sports sponsorship portfolio. Deloitte US' national sponsorships deliver memorable experiences and impactful brand messaging, showcase Deloitte capabilities, create opportunities for exceptional practitioner experiences, and help deepen client relationships.

As a key member of our sports sponsorship marketing team, excellent strategic thinking, project coordination, and integrated marketing experience will be important to success in this role.

Work You'll Do

This role will support the Deloitte US sponsorship team, serving as support for designated activations and initiatives across our national sponsorships' portfolio. Our women's portfolio includes WNBA, NWSL and U.S. Soccer, as well as support Olympics & Paralympics, tennis, and golf sponsorships. This position will provide flexible support to the overall sponsorship portfolio based on needs and bandwidth across the calendar. This role will operate with guidance from senior team members and leadership, with opportunities to take ownership of specific workstreams.
  • Cross-Sponsorship Activation Support & Planning: Support the development of activation strategies and tactical marketing plans to maximize awareness, storytelling, and return on objectives across internal, owned, and paid channels. Manage day-to-day workflows to bring briefs to life including asset collection, routing creative for review, coordinating timelines, and ensuring deliverables remain on track. Support development of creative concepts across owned content, digital/social creative, on-site brand assets, and other integrated touchpoints.
  • Integrated Campaign Execution: Assist in planning and execution of multi-channel activation plans including internal comms, digital/social promotion, email, and paid/earned amplification led by senior team members. Coordinate with PR, comms, and brand teams on press releases, social plans, and relevant media opportunities for women's sports moments. Partner with internal and external creative resources to ensure assets are developed, reviewed, and delivered according to schedule.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders (brand, creative, communications, talent, sports practice, and legal) to ensure alignment across activation plans. Facilitate updates, notes, recaps, and next steps across teams to maintain momentum on all projects. Support relationships with sponsorship property contacts, ensuring clarity on deliverables and timelines.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Support campaign assessment and recapping-both qualitative and quantitative. Gather performance data, insights, and competitive examples to help inform future activation plans. Maintain trackers, reports, and campaign summaries for senior team and leadership visibility.
  • Rights & Contract Management: Support management of contractual assets and brand approvals across WNBA, NWSL, and U.S. Soccer. Track usage, organize deliverables, and ensure activations align with contractual rights and guidelines.
  • General Support: Support sponsorship-wide activities including presentation development, internal communications, social copy drafting, sweepstakes support, athlete negotiations, athlete and executive engagements, ticket management, and other tasks as assigned. Provide guidance to junior team members (e.g., Senior Specialist/CL3) on process, documentation, timelines, and task ownership.

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in sports, sponsorship, or integrated marketing
  • Passion for sports sponsorship, brand, and marketing disciplines, with strong writing and collaboration skills
  • Strong PowerPoint skills; ability to translate ideas into clear visual presentations
  • Strong organizational and project-management skills; ability to manage multiple threads of work
  • High comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a virtual environment
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80,400 to $165,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
