Skills and Competencies

  • Strong experience designing and building workflow automations using enterprise tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Visual Studio
  • Deep understanding of Treasury Management Systems, with hands-on experience supporting configuration, integrations, testing, and optimization within systems such as Reval, Kyriba, or SAP Treasury
  • Demonstrated ability to translate Treasury operational needs into scalable technical solutions that enhance efficiency, strengthen controls, and reduce manual work
  • Expertise with financial system integrations, including connectivity between Treasury platforms, Enterprise Resource Planning systems, bank portals, and trading platforms
  • Advanced skills in data analytics and reporting using tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, or similar platforms to build dashboards, data models, and automated reporting
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional projects, communicate technical concepts clearly, and influence process improvements across Finance and Technology teams
  • Deep expertise in artificial intelligence, with a track record of implementing advanced AI solutions to drive strategic transformation and operational efficiency. Strong experience using AI tools to lead innovation initiatives. Demonstrated leadership in managing AI-related risks, ensuring ethical governance, and fostering a culture of responsible AI adoption across the organization
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, troubleshoot complex systems issues, and establish governance frameworks that ensure process stability, accuracy, and compliance

 

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field required
  • Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Treasury Professional, Power BI or Alteryx certifications, Microsoft automation certifications) preferred

 

Responsibilities
Role Synopsis: Lead Treasury technology strategy, automation, and system optimization to enhance efficiency, accuracy, AI readiness, and enterprise-scale process management.
Core Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and deployment of workflow automations using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Visual Studio, and related enterprise tools
  • Manage the Treasury Management System by overseeing configuration, integrations, enhancements, testing cycles, and system controls
  • Build, enhance, and maintain Treasury’s analytics and reporting infrastructure using data visualization and automation tools
  • Partner with Finance, Technology and external providers to align Treasury requirements with system capabilities and enterprise architecture
  • Identify, design, and implement process improvements that reduce operational risk and improve efficiency across cash management, funding, trading, and reporting workflows
  • Lead automation and AI-enabled initiatives that modernize Treasury operations, including documentation, change management, and user training
  • Troubleshoot system issues, manage vendor relationships, coordinate upgrades, and ensure compliance with internal controls and audit expectations

We design scalable solutions using tools like Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, and Power BI, integrate Treasury platforms with ERP systems, and deliver advanced analytics to enhance efficiency and reduce risk. Our team partners with Finance and Technology to modernize processes, strengthen controls, and lead responsible AI adoption.

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $93,600.00 - $135,750.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody’s also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
