Job Details
Offboarding Delivery Partner will join the HR (Human Resources) delivery Team based in Warsaw/Poland. This is an intermediate level position responsible for the delivery of day-to-day HR support in coordination with the Human Resources Team. The overall objective of this role is to provide Offboarding related HR services to client groups within Citi.
What you'll do:
Conduct end-to-end off-boarding processes for the UK (United Kingdom) and Europe (e.g. settlement agreements, terminations, severance preparations)
Engage in the full administrative process required for offboarding at Citi
HR documents preparation
Customer service (via ticket system) in terms of employees and managers support in off-boarding related matters
Assist with the management of all off-boarding related issues and provide advice and guidance on Citi policy and procedures
Liaise with other Teams where appropriate.
What we'll need from you:
Previous relevant experience preferred
Min. 1-2 years of experience in HR Operations or other highly administrative roles would be a great advantage
Very good knowledge of Polish and English language (min. B2 level)
Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work to tight deadlines and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Education:
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
