Job Details
The Operations Delivery Analyst – AI Focus , will play a critical role in optimizing operational processes through data-driven insights and AI-powered solutions. This position supports the Operations Delivery team by analyzing workflows, identifying automation opportunities, and implementing AI tools to enhance efficiency, scalability, and service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Analysis & Optimization:
- Assess current operational workflows and identify areas for improvement using data analytics and AI-driven insights.
- Develop and maintain process documentation and performance dashboards.
AI Integration & Automation:
- Collaborate with technology teams to implement AI-based tools for predictive analytics, process automation, and decision support.
- Monitor and evaluate AI solutions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with business objectives.
Data Management & Reporting:
- Collect, clean, and analyze operational data to generate actionable insights.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for leadership on performance metrics and AI impact.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with Operations Delivery leadership, IT, and business units to align AI initiatives with strategic goals.
- Support change management and training for teams adopting AI-driven processes.
Risk & Compliance:
- Ensure AI implementations adhere to data privacy, security, and regulatory standards.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
2+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelors degree, OR 5+ years of relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Data Science, or related field.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Familiarity with AI concepts, machine learning basics, and automation technologies (e.g., RPA, NLP).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Proven track record of Project Management
Experience in operational process improvement or delivery management.
Hands-on experience with AI tools or platforms (e.g., Azure AI, Python for data analysis).
Knowledge of SCRUM, Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
