• Collaborate with other departments to gather data and information for costing analysis

• Monitor and report on actual versus budgeted costs

• Analysis for variance, eg volume, demand, capacity,work order variance, PPV, Productivity vs PY/Plan/Fcst

• Costing month end closing

• Prepare annual operation plan and start plan package, set up logical template, complete full deck

• Develop and maintain costing models to support business decision-making

• Compliance related work, SOX, BSR 

• Other tasks from supervisor

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field

• Excellent excel/PPT skill and ability to deal with complicated database

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills    

• Fluent  English in oral and writing

• Ability to adapt rapidly changing tasks and deliver result on time

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Eager to learn, self- motivated with strong sense of responsibility ability to handle complex situation

• over 5 years of experience in costing, GL, FP&A or a similar role.
