Collaborate with teams to define clear outcomes, high level scope, key risks, and technical or business impacts.
Connect work across many engineering groups, each with their own practices, by creating shared understanding and ensuring alignment on goals.
Bring clarity and structure to complex programs, identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities early and enabling teams to make informed decisions.
Build strong, trust-based relationships that help move work forward without relying on formal authority or rigid processes.
Provide concise, actionable updates to stakeholders and leadership that highlight progress, emerging signals, and recommended next steps.
Facilitate effective discussions across engineering teams to resolve issues, coordinate dependencies, and maintain momentum.
Apply a flexible approach to planning and tracking, using lightweight methods that support team autonomy while maintaining visibility at the program level.
Collaborate with technical partners to understand architecture, system interactions, and technology considerations that impact delivery.
Identify patterns and friction points across teams and work with partners to streamline workflows and improve overall execution.
Partner with teams exploring or implementing AI or ML capabilities and stay engaged with emerging technologies relevant to the platform.
Support the growth of TPM practices by modeling strong judgment, adaptability, and a focus on outcomes over rigid process.

Minimum Qualifications:
5 to 7 years of experience leading technical projects or programs in cloud, SaaS, or engineering-focused environments.
Demonstrated ability to partner closely with engineering teams, understand technical context at a systems level, and translate that into actionable plans.
Experience driving alignment and progress across multiple teams with diverse tools, processes, and delivery styles.
Strong communication and storytelling skills that simplify complexity for technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to self-direct, create clarity in evolving contexts, and make progress when data or requirements are incomplete.
Curiosity about emerging technologies, including practical use of AI-assisted tools for work optimization.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Azure, AWS, GCP, or cloud platform engineering initiatives.
Exposure to AI or machine learning concepts or hands-on use of AI tools in a professional or personal capacity.
Background supporting platform, infrastructure, developer tooling, performance, or security-related initiatives.
Experience coordinating delivery across large, distributed engineering organizations.
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and related work-management tools, including comfort adapting when data quality varies.
Experience with Jira Advanced Roadmaps, Asana, and/or related PPM tools.
Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, EC-AgilePM, or PMI-ACP.

Influence without authority by forming strong partnerships, aligning goals, and motivating teams toward shared outcomes.
Demonstrate high judgment in prioritization, sequencing, and navigating competing demands across a large engineering ecosystem.
