Position Location: Hybrid schedule with 2-3 days a week in office at 600 Rodeo Dr, Suite 218, Erlanger, KY 41018

Position Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm, with flexible schedule as needed.

This position follows a hybrid schedule 2-3 days a week in office at 600 Rodeo Dr, Suite 218, Erlanger, KY 41018

Primary Responsibilities:

• Coordination and collaboration of care for home infusion patients with all associated departments
• Entering notifications and Providers' status of an existing inquiry, and determining if follow-up is required
• Provide excellent Customer Service to both Providers and members
• Constantly meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards while maintaining good attendance
• Administrative duties- assist with document control, emails, faxes, tasks related to support the nursing team with coordination of care for home infusion patients
• Extensive work experience, possibly in multiple functions
• Work does not usually require established procedures

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience working within the healthcare industry
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Intermediate level of proficiency with medical terminology to communicate with members and providers
• Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office experiences including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule with 2-3 days a week in office at 600 Rodeo Dr, Suite 218, Erlanger, KY 41018, Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Must be 18 years of age OR older

Preferred Qualifications:

• Home Infusion or Home Health scheduling experience
• Experience working with Healthcare Insurance
• Experience working in a Hospital, Physician's Office, or Medical Clinical setting
• Experience working with ICD-9 / ICD-10 and CPT codes

The hourly pay for this role will range from $17.74 to $31.63 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
