Our connected design platforms power the delivery of roads, rails, bridges, utilities, and critical infrastructure used by millions worldwide. As infrastructure projects become increasingly digital, collaborative, and data-driven, Autodesk is at the center of this transformation. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape the future of our Civil Infrastructure applications as the industry advances toward the Digitization of Project Delivery.
Our Product Managers have indomitable curiosity and passion for scaling multi-platform innovation and driving successful outcomes for our customers across industries. They act as the critical connection between customer needs, business strategy, solution design, software development, and go-to-market execution. While developing high-level vision is an important part of this role, our product managers also like to get their hands dirty. On a given day, you may deliver a pitch to a senior executive, extract new meaning from analytics data, address a customer issue, or work through a challenging design question with your team. We thrive on finding simple solutions to the most challenging problems and take pride in getting the most important things done for our customers and our business.
You will be a key leader in refining and accelerating product strategy to meet evolving customer needs. We are especially looking for candidates with a strong passion for the infrastructure industry and the ability to drive transformation through data and technology. The ideal candidate is data-driven, outcome-focused, and entrepreneurial, with the ability to dive deep into complex technical workflows across infrastructure, design, and related industries. Responsibilities
Be a customer advocate who can weigh competing objectives and prioritize the most important initiatives
Break down complex problems to develop & design elegant solutions with engineering, design, and research partners
Drive product growth by leveraging usage data, customer insights, and hypothesis-driven experimentation to identify opportunities, validate solutions, and inform strategic decisions
Effectively represent the product internally and externally, sharing relevant insights, telling compelling stories, and actively listening to feedback
Frame and define clear objectives and metrics for identifying success to enable teammates to do their best work
Collaborate closely with Product Managers across Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and partner applications on pragmatic investment strategies across the product line to support growth initiatives
Partner with the business strategy and marketing teams to maximize the effectiveness and relevance of our product positioning and differentiation relative to competitive offerings
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience in product management
5+ years of experience in the Infrastructure, Architecture, engineering, or construction industries
Background in Product Management, Business, Engineering, or Data Analytics
Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with a global team
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build strong data-driven arguments, prioritize with business strategy in mind, and evangelize projects to build consensus with key stakeholders within an organization
Ability to drive projects forward within a large organization with distributed global teams

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For Canada-BC based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $119,600 and $164,450. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.Diversity & Belonging
