AbbVie France is looking for a Project Management Officer (PMO) & Business analyst on a 12-month fixed-term contract reporting to the Business Excellence & ACE transformation function.
The PMO & Business Analyst will participate in the structuring and deployment of projects part of the Abbvie France transformation roadmap. The PMO plays a key role in the management and coordination of projects. You will be responsible for implementing best practices in project management, overseeing processes, and ensuring compliance with company standards.
The main activities will be:
Project Management: Drive project in planning, monitoring, and controlling projects.
Processes and Methodologies: Establish and maintain effective project management processes and support continuous improvement of methods.
Reporting: Create and distribute regular project progress reports for management and stakeholders.
Coordination: Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and facilitate communication
Risk Analysis: Identify potential risks and propose solutions to mitigate their impacts.
Support the Transformation journey (communication, events, materials…)
Analyze complex data sets using statistical methods and tools
Identify trends and patterns in data and develop insights to improve business performance
Work with cross-functional teams to integrate data analytics into business processes
Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through data visualizations and presentations
Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations relevant to support ACE transformation: hypertargeting, measure of impact, ...
- Business, Engineering School or Master Project Management Degree
Ideally, a past experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Analytical mindset, rigor, and organization
Strong understanding of data management principles and best practices
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex findings into actionable insights
Writing skills, analytical and synthesis skills
Fluent in French English

From a practical point of view and daily work life: currently located in Rungis, the headquarters of AbbVie France will be relocated to 11 Bd de la République, 92100 Boulogne-Billancourt by the end of 2025.
