The Solution Sales Support and Operations team partners with Sales Executives and Sales Leaders to provide support through the sales process and ensuring smooth and effective operations. They strive to ensure Sales Executives can maximize their time selling by implementing effective sales processes, optimizing existing processes and working in alignment with matrix partners to ensure Sales team members are set up for success. The team also partners with the Sales team to provide the right tools and resources to engage with prospects, launch prospecting initiatives, close deals effectively, and drive growth. The Solution Sales Support and Operations team serves as a connector to matrix partners, prioritizes key collaboration opportunities and reinforces best practices.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leader Support -- Partner with sales leaders to support wider team initiatives and goals and to support day-to-day needs for sales leaders
    • Take on assigned or proactively suggest initiative/project work related to the sales team
    • Partner to the Sales Leader to support preparation of key metrics, analysis and reports for their team performance
    • Support leader on key team meetings and follow up as needed;  QBRs, Growth reporting updates, etc.
    • Oversight of forecast collection and alignment to Salesforce
    • Reinforce and cascade information across the team. Connection point to centralized best practices, capabilities and initiatives (i.e., SF ENT, Edge, Win/Loss, Exec Relationship Tracking, SF Best Practices )
    • Directly support the quoting processes for solutions running in the SF ENT instance to ensure appropriate documentation and compliance.
  • Large Deal Support: Partner with Solution Sales Executives to support the day-to-day business activities and sales cycle around their largest deals
    • Partner with Solution Sales Executives to support their largest deals
    • Create consistent process and ensure standards for deal flow are met within the defined deals
    • Provide tactical support around large deals including client materials, debrief calls, meeting notes, setting up internal or external meetings, working with internal teams
    • Facilitate internal navigation and timely execution from matrix partners supporting the deal
    • Coordinate communication between sales team members and other departments who are supporting large deals
  • Sales Process & Prospecting Optimization: - Optimize existing Sales processes and remove barriers to success to ensure Sales team members are set up for success
    • Analyze and evaluate the current sales processes, identifying inefficiencies, barriers or gaps and suggest improvements with specific timelines
    • Conduit to the sales training team to recommend topics and support development of content as necessary to the processes. Work with internal Sales training team to create and maintain sales collateral resources that support the sales process.
    • Create a centralized resource and discipline for sales-led outreach prospecting initiatives, in partnership with Marketing, Product and BU
    • Establish process and codify structure of materials to create consistency across initiatives and allow for best practice sharing across teams
    • Ensure Solution Sales Executive teams have the necessary education and materials to execute effectively on campaigns and initiative
  • Sales Team Best Practices & Initiatives: Serve as a conduit to Matrix partners and the Centralized Growth office to align to best practices and support initiatives across the Sales team
    • Support pursuit planning and strategy by leveraging resources including Edge opportunity plans, Test & Improves and Close Plans for key deals
    • Completion of Sales team requests through the Provider Support Desk including Client Profiles, ContractHub, external document support
    • Pipeline Salesforce hygiene
    • Subject matter experts on enterprise initiatives and steward of associated resources, tools, best practices and methodologies

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of project management experience, sales, client management, client support or market research experience
  • Experience working in a team environment
  • Experience with a customer centric approach
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Proven ability to analyze data and make determinations based on findings  

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience navigating through a sales cycle/sales process from beginning to end
  • Healthcare industry experience
  • Proficiency with various CRM tools, specifically Salesforce
  • Proven ability to effectively manage your time while working on several competing priorities

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
