The GPS Strategy offering leads strategic planning & portfolio management and reporting & monitoring workstreams. This includes day-to-day client interaction and leads to the creation of relevant resources and materials (such as strategic plans, roadmaps, etc.) and work products (such as development of performance metrics, tracking dashboards, etc.) in order to successfully implement client vision.
The work you'll do:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical practitioner to conduct market research and analysis for our IC client. You will be responsible for gathering, synthesizing, and interpreting market data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making with significant mission impact.
You will conduct comprehensive market assessments, competitive analyses, and industry benchmarking studies to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and threats to national security. Leveraging your expertise in open-source research methodologies and data analysis techniques, you will develop compelling reports, presentations, and recommendations that guide our clients in understanding market dynamics, technology trends, and competitive positioning.
The ideal candidate will possess strong open-source research and critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex findings effectively to diverse stakeholders and cross functional teams.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of market research and analysis experience
- 2+ years of gathering, synthesizing, and interpreting market data experience
- 2+ years of market assessments, competitive analyses, and industry benchmarking studies experience
- 2+ years of OSINT research experience
- 2+ years of cyber hygiene experience
- 2+ years of preparing and facilitating presentations experience
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active TS/SCI with poly security clearance required for this role
- Ability to be on site 100% of the time in Chantilly, VA
Preferred:
- Strategy experience
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint experience
- Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
