Responsibilities:
- You will be in a client-facing environment, be an end-to-end digital product / solution leader who defines the vision, drives the roadmap, and orchestrates cross‑functional teams to build and scale impactful tech products and ventures.
- You will work in teams of typically 3 – 5 consultants, taking charge of specific aspects of the project. You will do extensive research, source data, lead cocreations and contribute to identifying potential solutions for a specific client problem or challenge.
- Develop a nuanced understanding of emerging digital payment trends as well as Visa’s capabilities and be able to apply them to clients’ business problems to actively engage with clients and co-develop meaningful solutions to address their challenges.
- You will also present results to internal Visa stakeholders, client management and implement recommendations in collaboration with client team members.
- Contribute to key Practice building initiatives – Capability / IP generation, training, mentorship, team initiatives.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience with exposure to digital product management, owning roadmaps and shipping products in digital, SaaS, platform, or venture environments.
- Led a growth engine for digital products and ventures, using experimentation, analytics, and full funnels to drive acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization on digital channels.
- Build financial and operating models, including sizing opportunities, defining success metrics, and assessing viability and risk.
- Strong product sense: user‑centric problem framing, hypothesis‑driven discovery, and ability to balance desirability, feasibility, and viability
- Experience working in agile teams, with fluency in backlog management, sprint rituals, and iterative delivery.
- Analytical thinker, creatively confident, team oriented, collaborative, diplomatic with excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities.
- Deadline driven, organized and able to multi-task.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to develop well-structured communications and deliver presentations to audiences.
What will also help:
- Prior experience in Management Consulting firms working on 5+ years in management consulting with significant digital responsibility.
- Exposure to Payments and Banking experience preferred.
- Strong academic achievements / high GPA from a top tier institution.
