The Data Center supply chain operations team within the Global Supply Chain Operations (GSCO) group is responsible for teaming with our supply chain partners to build, deliver, and enable power, cooling and fiber for Meta’s Data Center infrastructure. Meta’s computing foundation is its Data Centers, and key strategic partnerships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) across the power, cooling & fiber industry are a crucial piece in building and operationalizing this infrastructure. The DC supply chain operations team is responsible for managing the performance of these partners while setting and achieving key performance metrics (ex. On-time delivery). This requires a dynamic approach to work to unlock challenges on the tactical (ex. supply), strategic (ex. Supply chain strategy), and foundational (ex. process overhaul) levels. The team is inherently dynamic, requiring coordination across engineering, design and construction teams all within a given cycle. Put simply: the DC-GSCO team is composed of flexible problem solvers who build relationships both within- and beyond- Meta to achieve industry-leading performance and pave the way for Meta’s AI-enabled infrastructure.We are looking for a Business Enablement Manager to help further our mission. This role will be responsible for (a) securing funds and purchase order orchestration, (b) data and metrics enablement, and (c) business process & tooling improvement.

Business Enablement Manager, OFE Responsibilities:
- Drive alignment amongst cross functional teams (Planning, Sourcing & Finance) on securing required funding/budgeting to support business operations in the delivery of critical power, cooling & fiber supply globally.
- Own management, orchestration and triaging of systems/processes associated with order execution, change order management and invoicing.
- Partner w/ cross-functional teams on roadmapping to enable tooling or process automation/efficiency both internally and externally with suppliers. This includes developing business requirements, working with XFN on solution design, testing, change management, launch and sustainment.
- Lead metrics & reporting enablement. This includes deep-dive insight gathering, reporting, diagnosis across On Time Delivery, Supplier Supply Commit accuracy, On Time PO execution, etc.
- Partner with Sourcing to ensure product catalogs/price lists & lead times are accurate.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 4+ years of industry experience in a technical or business-related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management or adjacent domains.
- Experience working in an analytical and results focused role.
- Experience in improving business processes.
- Experience working and demonstrated experience influencing stakeholders and business partners.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Engineering, or Business.
- Knowledge of different supply chain models (Hub-spoke, drop-ship, reverse logistics)
- Demonstrated experience driving a plan to bring resolution to differing opinions, reaching out across functional boundaries to drive collaboration and sharing credit in a team environment.
- Experience and knowledge of procurement tooling/B2B systems & feeds
