About the Role

As a Sales Support Coordinator, you'll be a vital part of our energetic sales team, helping drive success by keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow, learn, and develop their professional skills while working alongside supportive mentors and teammates.

About the Role:

As a Sales Support Coordinator you will

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team, including preparing documents, prospecting lists, and managing essential tasks.

  • Keep our customer databases and CRM systems (like Salesforce) up-to-date with accurate, timely information.

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to help launch innovative sales initiatives and campaigns.

  • Create and analyze sales reports, sharing insights and fresh ideas to boost performance.

  • Support targeted sales efforts to increase customer engagement and satisfaction.

  • Proactively look for ways to streamline processes and make our sales operations even more efficient.

About You

You're a great fit for this role if you:

  • Have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Have some experience in sales support, admin, or a similar field—internships or part-time roles count!

  • Are comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools like Salesforce (or are eager to learn!).

  • Communicate clearly and confidently with team members and clients.

  • Are organized, detail-oriented, and great at managing multiple tasks in a busy environment.

  • Love solving problems and finding better ways to get things done.

  • Are proactive, positive, and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.
