Excess Approval Management Team provides service to countries in Western Europe, but not exclusively. Daily process relates to monitoring the excess over approved clearing limits or transactions ordered without limit or balance. The team is cooperating with Relationship Managers and 1&2 Line of Defense to escalate exceptions and obtain appropriate approval to release the transaction. Team is working basing on the market wide practices and cut-offs for range of currencies and securities. Responsibilities:

• Monitoring of excesses at daylight clearing and settlement lines.
• Requesting credit approvals in order to process instructed transactions.
• Dealing with approval requests based on Credit Policy and processing transactions within time frame.
• Ensure compliance with credit policy and internal procedures.
• Manage processes and procedures to ensure effectiveness. Maintain, as required, up-to-date process manuals, and ensure that documented processes are adhered to.
• Handle dynamic and complex transactions easily.

Qualifications:

• 0-2 years of relevant experience
• Experience in similar position or area
• Working knowledge of industry practices and standards
• Proficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Windows domain

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
