    Position Overview

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to join our Technical (Engineering) Talent team. This role is pivotal in driving our talent acquisition strategy and ensuring we attract top-tier engineering talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client and organization management, with a keen understanding of the latest trends in engineering recruitment coupled with today’s fast paced environment in securing talent for key roles across the organization.

    Responsibilities

    • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and hiring managers. Understand their needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
    • Organization Management: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that align with the organization's goals and culture. Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience
    • Engineering Recruitment: Focus on sourcing, screening, and selecting high-caliber engineering candidates for senior-level positions. Utilize innovative sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and networking events, to attract top engineering talent. Conduct technical interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet the required technical skills and cultural fit
    • End-to-End Recruitment Process: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate engagement to offer negotiation and onboarding. Ensure a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and hiring managers
    • Data-Driven Decisions: Use data and analytics to drive recruitment decisions and improve processes. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management
    • Employer Branding: Enhance the company's employer brand through various channels, including social media, job fairs, and networking events. Promote the organization as an employer of choice
    • Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal requirements and best practices. Stay informed about changes in employment law and industry standards

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 5+ years of proven experience as a Senior Recruiter or similar role, with a majority that time focused on engineering recruitment
    • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools, including Workday as the primary ATS you have had experience with
    • Strong client and organization management skills along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, but not required
