Our Foreign Exchange (FX) Corporate Sales team is seeking a dynamic Junior Associate/Graduate to join our department. This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented individual at the start of their career to gain hands-on experience, develop robust sales skills, and contribute directly to our success in serving corporate clients' FX needs. You will work alongside experienced professionals, learning the intricacies of global financial markets and corporate finance, while building a strong foundation for a thriving career in financial sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Presentation: Support the preparation and delivery of compelling presentations and proposals tailored to clients' FX hedging and risk management needs.
  • Sales Process Management: Participate in the full sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to deal execution and post-sales support, with a focus on learning and contributing to revenue growth.
  • Product Knowledge Development: Continuously enhance knowledge of FX products, trading platforms, regulatory requirements, and corporate finance principles relevant to our clients.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with trading, research, and banking partners to ensure seamless client service and innovative solutions.

  • Passion for Sales: Demonstrable enthusiasm for a client-facing sales career, with a strong desire to learn, persuade, and build relationships. Previous sales experience (e.g., internships, campus initiatives, part-time roles) is a significant advantage.
  • Motivation & Drive: A proactive, self-starter mentality with exceptional work ethic, resilience, and a hunger for success in a competitive environment.
  • Financial Acumen: Solid foundational knowledge of financial markets, including foreign exchange, and corporate finance concepts (e.g., hedging strategies, financial statements).
  • Analytical Prowess: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of interpreting data and formulating actionable insights.
