Primary Responsibilities:

  • Dashboard Development: Designing interactive dashboards in Excel or BI tools, using slicers, timelines, and dynamic charts, understanding UX principles for data visualization
  • Automated Collation of Data: To connect the fragmented workflows in terms of creating a master tracker with data being pulled from multiple trackers from across geography
  • Create specifications and transformation jobs to bring data into a proper structure and conduct analysis to validate the accuracy and quality of the data
  • Create segmentation, dashboards, data visualizations, decision aids and business case analysis to support the organization
  • Analyze data to interpret trends or patterns to help formulate recommendations and options for business leaders. Make recommendations based on the actionable data analysis
  • Produce daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports and dashboards. Schedule reports as appropriate within the TA Team
  • Identify ongoing process improvement opportunities and scope of automation
  • Be a key contributor to projects and initiatives involving HR reporting and data needs
  • Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices
  • Collaborate with team across APAC on ad hoc and standard reporting requests received
  • Working in an Agile framework using Swift Kanban
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • Any graduate with 5+ years of hands on reporting experience
  • Experience in building reports / dashboards for Talent Acquisition
  • Experience on any of the reporting tools or visualization tools preferably Domo, Power BI
  • Experience in a similar role/domain - Talent Analytics and/or any of the HR vertical and/or Experience in a BI/Data Analytics team with exposure to HR data, Talent data, Taleo
  • Hands-on knowledge on Data Transformations/Data Quality
  • Knowledge on Data Governance and Approvals to ensure proper data sharing practices
  • Familiarity with ETL concepts (Extract, Transform, Load), Automation Tools
  • Well-versed with Data Analysis and able to generate insights
  • Good proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power Query
  • Skills in Advanced Excel, Macros & VBA, Power Query & Power Pivot, Automation Tools
  • Proven ability to clean, transform, and normalize data
  • Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Skill in SQL for querying databases 
  • Skill in Power BI / Tableau for advanced dashboards 
  • Skill in Cloud tools (SharePoint, OneDrive for collaboration)
