The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. - Serve as a recognized SD/OTC domain expert, leading key components of client projects and providing deep functional or technical expertise
- Address complex, strategic client challenges by advising clients and project teams on SAP solutions and best practices.
- Contribute to the advancement and continuous improvement of SAP tools, methodologies, and offerings within the practice.
- Mentor and develop colleagues, building internal SAP capability and supporting the growth of future SAP specialists.
- Drive innovation and market growth by developing and sharing SAP thought leadership, both internally and externally
- Engage with SAP's latest solutions, participating in continuous learning to drive impactful business transformations.

Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant SAP consulting experience in a professional services environment, with a large consulting firm, boutique consulting firm, or as an internal consultant within industry
- 5+ years of functional configuration experience with the SD/OTC module
- Experience participating in all phases of at least 4 full end-to-end SAP implementations, with a focus on SD/OTC , including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Experience with a minimum of 2 full life cycle SAP S4 HANA implementations
- Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree plus equivalent work experience
- A bility to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Experience migrating SAP ECC to S/4 Hana
- Experience contributing to the development of at least 1 SAP tool, methodologies, or knowledge assets (such as accelerators, templates, or best practice guides).
- Participation in at least 1 external SAP eminence-building activity (such as presenting at conferences, publishing articles, or leading client workshops.
- Previous experience work ing directly for a "Big 4" consulting firm
- Signavio experience
- At least 1 current SAP certification
