Roles & Responsibilities
As a results-driven Account Executive for DELMIAWorks you will grow business and build strong, lasting customer relationships. You’ll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle—from identifying opportunities to closing deals—while showing customers the real business value of the solutions. DELMIAWorks is an end-to-end manufacturing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) software solution for mid-market manufacturers. You will be in charge of:
Driving revenue growth within your territory and meeting/exceeding sales targets
Building trusted relationships with executives and key decision-makers
Presenting solutions, delivering measurable business value
Leading negotiations and closing strategic deals
Providing accurate forecasts and maintaining an active sales pipeline
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
5+ years of proven success selling ERP or MES solutions, or like products into manufacturing companies
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels
A strategic, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for growth
Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $210,000 - $240,000 representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
