The Agent Marketing organization drives adoption, engagement, and retention across Zillow’s agent products and services, empowering real estate professionals to better serve consumers and grow their businesses.

Within Agent Marketing, the Field Marketing team bridges Marketing and Sales to activate Zillow’s brand, products, and value proposition through our sales and success organizations. We bring the integrated agent experience to life by equipping frontline teams with the tools, insights, resources and messaging they need to help agents thrive and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

About the role

The Senior Manager of Field Marketing leads a team responsible for enabling Zillow’s sales and partner-facing organizations through integrated marketing, frontline engagement, and go-to-market execution.

This leader drives strategy and execution across multiple agent  and partner audiences. The role aligns marketing and sales activation to accelerate adoption and utilization of Zillow’s suite of products, tools, and services.

You will work closely with leaders across sales, marketing, operations, product and L&D to deliver cohesive, data-informed programs that elevate the agent and partner experience and help our teams deliver for consumers.

Leadership and Team Development

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team of field marketers who translate business priorities into impactful frontline programs.

  • Foster a culture of visibility, accountability, and innovation by celebrating wins, navigating ambiguity, and developing future leaders.

  • Champion collaboration across Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure a unified and consistent agent experience.

Strategy and Go-to-Market Alignment

  • Own the go-to-market strategy and planning for our human-channel to drive agent adoption and engagement across Zillow’s suite of tools, products, and services.

  • Translate business goals into actionable marketing and enablement plans that drive measurable outcomes through sales and success teams.

  • Partner with product, marketing and sales leaders to launch and scale new offerings, ensuring clear storytelling, frontline readiness, and strong adoption.

Field Enablement and Activation

  • Design and oversee programs that improve frontline performance, drive tool and product utilization, and enhance the customer journey.

  • Deliver integrated communications, campaign toolkits, and localized marketing strategies that meet both national and regional needs.

  • Support flagship activations and events such as regional roadshows, industry events, and partner summits that deepen engagement and strengthen partner relationships.

Insights, Optimization, and Operational Excellence

  • Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to identify opportunities for optimization and integrate AI-driven insights to improve decision-making, resource allocation, and content performance.

  • Evolve and scale enablement infrastructure using platforms such as Highspot, Gong, Salesloft, BombBomb, and HubSpot to streamline communication, visibility, and measurement.

  • Drive continuous improvement in how our teams work by refining processes, adopting automation where possible, and advancing the overall productivity and effectiveness of the organization.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

In California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $144,800.00 - $231,200.00 annually. This base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations. In Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, and Vermont the standard base pay range for this role is $137,500.00 - $219,700.00 annually. The base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. Employees in this role will not be paid below the salary threshold for exempt employees in the state where they reside.

Who you are

  • You have 8+ years of experience in B2B or B2C marketing  or sales enablement, ideally within a growth-oriented or platform business.

  • You have 5+year of experience leading and developing teams, with proven success building high-performing marketers or enablement professionals.

  • You excel at aligning cross-functional teams across Sales, Product, and Marketing to deliver measurable business outcomes.

  • You are data-driven and insight-oriented, able to connect analytics with strategic storytelling and behavior change.

  • You are a strong communicator and collaborator who can influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • You are proficient in tools including Highspot, Gong, Salesloft, Salesforce, and AI technologies that improve efficiency, insight, and performance.

  • You thrive in environments that require adaptability, creative problem solving, and confident leadership during transformation.
