This role requires a strategic mindset, strong technical acumen, and a passion for solving complex customer problems through data-driven workflows and immersive experiences.

You will be working in a Hybrid working model from our offices in Krakow.

    • Support Scrum teams in delivery activities including backlog management, user story creation, defect prioritization, and tracking improvement progress to ensure predictable, high-quality outcomes.

    • Coordinate with adjacent product and platform teams to maintain consistency and alignment across roadmaps.

    • Work with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Product Delivery to support product launches and drive adoption success.

    • Advocate for customer needs by gathering feedback and ensuring product decisions deliver measurable value.

    • Organize and lead customer-focused events to raise product awareness and gather actionable feedback that supports efficient development planning.

    • Facilitate engagement sessions with users to inform roadmap decisions and align team efforts with customer needs.

    • Drive feedback loops through targeted outreach and events, enabling teams to iterate quickly and deliver impactful solutions.

    Qualifications

    • Master’s degree (preferred) or Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Computer Science or a related technical field.
