The Advisory Services Manager, Test Automation - Remote will be responsible for collaborating with the development team to ensure comprehensive test coverage, Identify and report software defects and work with the team to resolve them.


You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Python
  • Create test plans, test cases, and test reports for automation testing
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure comprehensive test coverage
  • Identify and report software defects, and work with the team to resolve them
  • Conduct regression testing and performance testing as needed
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and tools for automation testing
  • Mentor junior automation testers and provide guidance on best practices

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in Test Automation
  • 6+ years of experience with Selenium WebDriver or other automated testing tools for web application testing
  • 4+ years of experience in Python programming language for test automation
  • Experience with test automation frameworks like pytest or unittest
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
  • Proven solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven excellent communication and teamwork skills


Preferred Qualification:

  • Test Automation certifications

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $110,200 to $188,800 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
