Shure Japan Sales Team is dedicated to strengthening Shure’s brand presence among conferencing market, professional audio, content creators, musicians, and audiophiles, while driving nationwide sales growth.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced channel management specialist to join our Sales Team in Japan and help elevate Shure’s brand position in this dynamic market. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth through channel partners and ensure the achievement of sales targets.

  • 事業目標を達成するための戦略的な営業およびチャネルマネジメント計画の立案と実行。
  • ユニファイド・コミュニケーション(UC)およびコンシューマーリテール・セグメントにおけるチャネルパートナーの管理・支援(価格交渉、販促活動、Shureの市場でのポジショニング等)。
  • 定期的なミーティングを通じてチャネルパートナーとの強固で戦略的な関係を構築・維持し、ブランド認知向上やオンラインおよび店頭でのShureの優位性の訴求により事業成長を促進させる。
  • チャネルパートナー単位での市場動向や競合の活動をモニタリングし、新たな機会の特定や施策最適化のための競合情報収集。
  • シュア・ジャパンのマーケティングおよび製品チームと連携し、正規販売店での販促キャンペーン、イベント、クリエイティブな視覚的販売促進施策の企画・実行。
  • 製品在庫、価格、機能、技術仕様に関する顧客からの問い合わせ対応。
  • 売上予測や分析レポートの作成、Salesforceを用いた顧客案件記録の管理。
  • 週次の営業会議に参加し、業績、目標、課題について報告。
  • 責任感を持ち、顧客志向の対応を通じプロフェッショナルとしてShureを代表し、業界における良好な評判を築く。

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and channel management plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Drive growth through channel sales initiatives, including direct engagement with partners.
  • Manage and support channel partners in the Unified Communication (UC) and Consumer Retail segments, including pricing negotiations, promotional activities, and positioning Shure as a leading brand.
  • Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with channel partners through regular meetings to drive business growth by enhancing brand awareness and articulating Shure’s benefits in the market both online and at retail locations.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities at the channel partner level to identify new opportunities and gather competitive intelligence for activity optimization.
  • Collaborate with Shure Japan marketing and product teams to create and execute promotional campaigns, events, and creative visual merchandising strategies at authorized dealers.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product inventory, pricing, features, and technical specifications to effectively address customer inquiries.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, analytical reports, and maintain client records using Salesforce.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings and provide updates on performance, goals, and challenges.
  • Represent Shure professionally and foster a positive reputation in the industry through accountability and customer-focused interactions.
Qualifications:

Japanese:

  • ITディストリビューション、オーディオ、電子機器、SaaSまたは関連業界での最低8年の営業経験。
  • チャネル・セールスとしての実績。
  • ユニファイド・コミュニケーション(UC)分野に関する深い理解。コンテンツクリエイターや音楽業界の知見があると望ましい。
  • オンライン販売プラットフォームの経験。店頭での視覚的販売促進(棚陳列、サイネージ、スペース最適等)の知識があると望ましい。
  • UCおよびコンシューマー・エレクトロニクスの最新トレンドへの理解。
  • クリエイティブで革新的な発想と高い技術適応能力。
  • 前向きな姿勢とチームプレーヤーであること、優れたコミュニケーション、交渉、プレゼンテーション能力。
  • 日本語はネイティブ。英語はビジネスメールの読み書きができることが必須(会話は基礎レベルで可)。
  • 国内出張が可能であること。

 

English:

  • Minimum of 8 years of sales experience, preferably in IT distribution, audio, electronics, SaaS or related industries.
  • Proven track record in channel sales and management.
  • Strong understanding of the Unified Communications (UC) sector; familiarity with the content creator and music industry landscape is a plus.
  • Experience with online sales platforms; knowledge of consumer retail visual merchandising (including shelf displays, signage, and space optimization) is desirable.
  • Awareness of the latest trends in UC. Preferably, consumer electronics markets.
  • Creative and innovative mindset with strong technical affinity.
  • Positive attitude and team player with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Native-level proficiency in Japanese. And good written English skills for email communication; basic conversation level is acceptable.
  • Ability to travel domestically as needed.
