Work You'll Do
As a Project Delivery Manager on the project, you will:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of client modernization projects, setting strategic direction and ensuring alignment with business and regulatory goals.
- Act as the primary liaison between business operations, IT teams, and external vendors. Facilitate clear communication and foster consensus among all project participants.
- Oversee the design, selection, and implementation of modern technology infrastructure, including cloud platforms, network architectures, and security frameworks.
- Apply deep knowledge of client and transportation workflows to inform system integration, data migration strategies, and technical requirements definition.
- Ensure solutions adhere to state and federal regulations, industry standards, and internal quality benchmarks. Proactively manage risk and compliance activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams composed of consulting, client, and vendor resources. Set direction, monitor progress, and address obstacles promptly.
- Establish and manage relationships with solution providers and technology vendors. Oversee contract performance, service levels, and solution quality.
- Serve as a key point of escalation, making informed, strategic decisions in ambiguous environments. Resolve technical and operational issues rapidly.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- 10 + years of experience leading professional consulting teams and professionals
- 7+ years' experience in consulting or program management roles, with a focus on large-scale government or transportation sector initiatives
- Ability to work onsite daily at our client site in Hartford, CT
- Ability to travel 10-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
- Master's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, information systems, or a closely related field.
- PMP Certification Preferred.
- Technical certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, CompTIA, and MS AZ-900 are preferred.
