In fact, stress, lack of satisfaction and especially happiness were all deciding factors. But it doesn’t have to be this way. Diverse and inclusive teams & workplaces actually have 19% greater employee retention. As we reach this unprecedented crossroads, we are thrilled to be joined in conversation by LaFawn Davis, VP of Environmental, Social & Governance at Indeed, to discuss how Indeed is helping to build a more inclusive workplace of the future. She leads teams that focus on Sustainability, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging, Accessibility, Social Impact, Inclusive Hiring Products and AI Ethics. The focus of Indeed’s ESG commitments are to close the opportunity gap, break down bias and barriers, and conserve the environment.
She is a globally-recognized operator with 20 years of experience serving in leadership roles at innovative Fortune 50, 100 and unicorn technology companies like Google, Yahoo, PayPal and Twilio. Leveraging this experience, she brings deep expertise for transforming companies through driving results, creating a culture of psychological safety and belonging, and building high-performing teams.
LaFawn is an advisor, speaker at events worldwide and a frequent contributor to articles as seen in Fast Company, Forbes, TIME, Variety, Wall Street Journal and Washington Post.
