Stop Buying AI Tools. Start Building AI Readiness
Upskilling & the Future of Work
Most organizations today have invested in AI — licenses purchased, tools deployed, training sessions completed. But investment is not the same as readiness. In this session, Sanmaya, founder of QriusAI Foundation — a nonprofit building AI literacy infrastructure for 30 million Indians by 2030 — breaks down why the way most companies measure AI progress is fundamentally flawed, and what to measure instead. Drawing from the rigorous frameworks he's had to build to make AI education work across wildly different contexts — from rural classrooms to corporate boardrooms — he introduces the 5 Dimensions of Organizational AI Readiness: a practical, honest lens any organization can apply immediately. Attendees will leave with a concrete mental model for diagnosing exactly where their organization stands, clarity on the difference between performative AI adoption and genuine readiness, and a free downloadable scorecard they can use with their teams this week.
