We’re seeking someone to join our team as an Administrative Assistant in the Technology division.

This is a Administrative Assistant position at Associate level, which is part of the job family responsible for managing administrative tasks related to technology infrastructure and services, ensuring smooth operations and support for the organization's technology needs.

What you'll do in the role: #LI-FT1 #BPTECH
- Primarily provide support to the head and senior members of the supported department (calendar management, travel arrangements etc)
- Liaise daily with Morgan Stanley offices in London and New York etc. regarding calendar management and travel arrangements of senior staff
- Provide general admin support to the whole supported department e.g. controlling office supplies, collecting holiday and overtime records ensure new joiners have their workstations set up etc.
- Assist in the organization of office events, Assessment Centers, training courses
- Coordinate travel arrangements for supported department staff and providing travel schedules, hotel and flight bookings
- Organize team building events and various meetings for staff
- Actively ensure upward, downward & peer communication of issues
- Deal with regular queries from internal clients
- Support different sub-teams of the Department on their maintenance of department data
- Carry out tasks related to the job in accordance with the instructions of the supervisor
What you'll bring to the role:
- Have confident command of English language
- Take responsibility for assigned work tasks. Adhere to the assigned timeframe
- Be available to answer questions and queries from local and remote team members and users in a timely fashion
- Behave in an honest and ethical manner in accordance with the Code of Conduct and the Employee Handbook

- Escalate issues and risks to the supervisor in a timely fashion
