PowerToFly was founded in 2014 by Milena Berry and Katharine Zaleski, after Katharine had her first child and found far fewer opportunities to keep building her career than she had before.
That's where PowerToFly's mission was born. Teams that reflect the world around them get better results — so we set out to close that gap, connecting global professionals with companies ready to put their experience to work.
