We are looking for a talented Human Resources to join our team specializing in Human Resources for our Engine Business Segment in Rocky Mount, NC.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
· Supports human resources activities within a site, organizational unit, or department. Assists in the deployment of a broad range of defined Human Resources processes within the business or functional organization. Works within defined processes and procedures to provide Human Resources support to employees and may help determine the appropriate resolution to common Human Resources inquiries.
· Assists in administration of human resources policies and procedures; may audit compliance with key legislative requirements. Creates employment contracts as required by local law or practice.
· Coordinates Human Resources business process activities to support the achievement of timelines and quality objectives.
Provides staffing and recruiting support; coordinates recruiting activities; updates the applicant tracking system, coordinates assessment testing where applicable, conducts reference checks for new hires; coordinates new hire orientation assignments and activities.
· Coordinates and assists with internal audit requests.
· Ensures accuracy and completeness of workforce information in Human Resources Information Systems, including employee files; conducts regular data-entry audits to ensure completeness and accuracy
· Works within defined human resource processes to (e.g. compensation, benefits, performance management, exit interviews, relocation, and immigration support) to take appropriate action.

Education, Licenses, Certifications
· High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
Experience
Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Desired general knowledge of administration of Leave programs such as PTO/Vacation, and leaves of absence.
- Facilitating annual training classes to hourly personnel.
- Preferred experience in leading New Hire Orientation classes, processing I9 Documentation.
- Ability to Coordinating follow ups with managers
- Ability to maintain and provide Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
- Experience with Data management is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
